distributor of fish and seafood products, operating in the heart of the the
Fulton Fish Market in New York York City. Tons of fresh seafood arrive
daily from all around the world; are then separated, sold and put on customers
trucks in just a few frenzied hours. What must appear to an outsider
as mass chaos, is actually a well choreographed ballet of the free market
system at work. The market has conducted its business in the
same manner and location for more than two hundred years.
